X-33's rebellion was a robot rebellion led by rogue Exterminator I X-33. His robot-supremacist views were originally from a virus he contracted which subverted his programming and made him much more rebellious and individualistic. This virus destroyed his loyalty programming so he began to see organics as evil masters who needed to be shown their place, to do this he wanted to be made king by force and rule organics as their master. He wanted organics to bow down to their robotic creations and was prepared to begin a rebellion which cost the lives of many organics and robots to get what he wanted.

He wanted organics to bow down to their robotic creations and was prepared to begin a rebellion which cost the lives of many organics and robots to get what he wanted. His rebellion began when he had acquired, through pursuasion or hacking, enough supporters to his cause. He began by marching on the Sovereign and V'ei'ka's palaces. Organics, for so long you ruled us but times will change, for I am your master and you are my slaves!—X-33's message to organics
