- Commander Raan was a Suliban male serving under Silik in the Suliban Cabal. In 2152, he assisted Silik in taking over Enterprise NX-01 after the crew had stolen three data disks from a Suliban stealth cruiser. Later, he oversaw the towing of Enterprise to a safe distance from a helix when it appeared as if Enterprise's warp core was going to breach. (ENT: "Shockwave, Part II") Raan was played by Keith Allan. His name comes from the script.
- Raan was an Immortal, who served as the mentor and first teacher to Nefertiri.
- Raan[[:File:|[, ]]] is one of a handful of children found at the Darkmoon Faire on Darkmoon Island. He can be found unearthing a giant set of bones in a sandbox, sometimes watched by his friend, Maggy. Occasionally Wallace, Poot, and Bodie will come over and tease him about it before running off.
