Max Holsboer (born 1889) was a Swiss hockey player who was a member of the of the Swiss National Team at the 1911 European Championship, the 1912 LIHG Championship, and later at the 1920 Summer Olympics hockey tournament. He also played for the German National Team at the 1914 LIHG Championship, where foreign players were allowed to compete for the various countries. Holsboer also spent many years as a member of the venerable Berliner Schlittschuhclub in Germany.
