Kestra Chule was a human merchant who specialized in stolen goods and later took up a collection of rare relics. At some point following the Third War of the Races, he acquired a castle in the Northland where he housed his impressive collection. He was an associate and "friend" of Panamon Creel, from whom he would often purchase goods in his previous line of work. At some point he was able to retrieve Keltset's Black Irix from his body. This item became the pride of his collection until Panamon, under the guise of delivering the even-rarer Elfstones from Shea and Flick Ohmsford managed to break into his vault and retrieve the Irix for the purpose of returning it to Keltset's people.
