Suzy shrugs, "Strange things happen to people who don't dial 1." Mack is rewarded in "Nice Things Happen", when he tells Suzy that he did use the telephone directory. A heart appears, and flower petals fall from the sky. "Nice things happen to people who use the directory," Suzy nods.
