| - He who walks with spirits (Nakhara) Living Within the Shell Lyrics by: Shanti Snyder Roaming inbetween the worlds of sleep and awake Seems so far away from where I've been and untrue but unafraid Intrusting -- my soul -- I know I must be taken to see the world that is Not so far from now Imaginations come and sweep the shores of my mind Letting it be, visions pass, and emotions arise-- Letting them go, and beyond are doors I've never seen, opening one by one Wake up and show the light, wake up the time is right I hear a voice, hear a voice calling out to me Look inside, see the light now ever holding you All the truth is all you need to make of your reality, its right here Look deep within your shell Finding out a galaxy of planets and stars within me Listening to each of them singing the same silent melody I've never seen such beauty in possibility -- no speck of doubt or fear Wake up and show the light, wake up the time is right I hear a voice, hear a voice calling out to me I see inside, see the light now ever holding me All the truth, all I need to make of this reality it's -- beauty within the shell Wake up and show the light, wake up the time is right I hear a voice, hear a voice calling out to me I see inside, see the light now ever holding me All the truth, all I need to make of this reality, it's inside Right here within this shell The sandglass starts for another time's beginning from within Cotton fields, mama's arms are gently unfolding me into the new... Wake up and show the light, wake up the time is right Here from behind my sight, my thoughts my mind Show from the light The time is right And from the depth within show the balance Of outer and inner harmony Mind and heart, soul and spirit undivided Here's where the true strength and beauty lies We'll see this before us with our own eyes We'll see, with our own eyes... love. Wake up and show the light, wake up the time is right I hear a voice, hear a voice calling out to me I see inside, see the light now ever holding me All the truth, all I need to make of this reality it's -- beauty within the shell Quotes of Others: "At that point a strange man approched from the woods, his dirty unkempt hair stunk like rancid lemons was muttering about some "Mouth to the Man World" and such. He spoke of people like animals, two of the women he called Cat Women, even though they looked nothing like cats .. instead he saw their spirits ... I am certain of it. He reminded me of you in that way sir, either that or he is truely mad. He spoke to Animals, and indeed led us to our short battle." -Ethian, by letter "Nakhara is an interesting guy. I still know very little about him, but he's incredibly spiritual. To me he seems extremely rational and yet extremely irrational at the same time. He's tough to understand, but when he's not talking about... breaking open my head and that sort of thing, he's 100% logical. He may not know much about the "man world" but the way he thinks makes sense. I'm glad to have him here... if nothing else to get Ryak and Ethian to calm down. He seems to be pretty good at that, too. I'm glad he feels like he can tell them when they're not making sense. I wish they would take the time to listen to me like they do to him. Note to self: Make that happen." -Elysia He is a mystery to me, mostly due to the fact that he doesn’t speak the common tongue that well, but he is definitely improving, and very quickly I might add. He obviously is very intelligent, and it must be very frustrating for him not being able to get his thoughts across the language barrier that well. His heart is pretty big from what I can tell too. He has shown a lot of care toward all of us, as well as other animals, and he is more spiritual then any one I have ever met, including the priests in town. Hopefully he will stick around with us, I think as much as he is learning from us, we could learn much more from him. -Ellenore
