Lindsay Middlebrook (born September 7, 1955 in Collingwood, Ontario) is a retired Canadian ice hockey goaltender. He played in the National Hockey League with the New Jersey Devils, Edmonton Oilers, Minnesota North Stars, and Winnipeg Jets. Middlebrook played for four years at St. Louis University (1973-77) and then was signed as a free agent by the New York Rangers in 1977. His chance at the NHL came in 1979 when the Winnipeg Jets took him in the 1979 NHL Expansion Draft. He was a backup for two seasons until the Jets accquired Ed Staniowski.
