Edward Felix Baxter VC (18 September 1885 – 18 April 1916) was an English recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. Felix Baxter was born in Oldswinford near Stourbridge in Worcestershire, son of Charles & Beatrice (née Sparrow) and worked as tutor. Also, Felix Baxter competed in the 1910 Isle of Man TT Races and crashed on lap 4 at Ballacraine and damage to the front forks of his motor-cycle caused a retirement from the race.
