Petya Malenkov was a Kommissar in the Srav Federation during the Cruentusian War. He was selected by Jasef Yuiln to "incite moral" in the Srav infantrymen and officers who accompanied Commander Dyermo Bliad and the Srav Outer Rim Exploration Flotilla into the Outer Rim to search for new worlds to colonize, and new races to conquer and bolster the Srav Federation's decreasing manpower. From there he, along with Dyermo Bliad, commanded the Srav Federation in its first battle against the Taung, an hitherto unknown people that had established a large empire known as the Taung Confederacy in the Outer Rim. Along with most of the Srav fleet, Kommissar Malenkov died on Demos at the hands of the Mandalore the Uniter and the Taung Confederacy.
