Ami Asomiya or আমি অসমীয়া(www.amiasomiya.org) is a monthly Assamese e-magazine.Ami Asomiya came to existence in 31 October,2010 as a Facebook group inspired by legendary late,"the bard of Brahmaputra" Bhupen Hazarika's song "Aami asomiya nohou dukhiya' (আমি অসমীয়া নহওঁ দুখীয়া) . soon this group,by the determination of its worker, attained great hit in binding the different cultures and heritages of Assam . Mainly formed to spread the Assamese language by the way of exercising Unicode fonts,the group members have taken the oath "সাহিত্যৰ সমুদ্ৰত সমন্বয়ৰ সেতু" which means building the bridges through literature. To make their objectives more fruitful,they formed the monthly Assamese e-magazine "Ami asomiya" .The first edition was published on 1 st of February,2012 and soon became a great
