Harry Shipe is a former NASCAR driver from Silver Spring, MD. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career. Both came in 1970, when Shipe debuted at Daytona. Starting 31st (last) in the Daytona 500 qualifier event, Shipe had early clutch issues and finished 24th. That was not good enough for the 500. Nor was Shipe good enough to top his career-best at Beltsville, finishing 24th again after transmission issues.
