The Andean poison dart frog, Ranitomeya opisthomelas, is a species of poison dart frog. It is endemic to Colombia. The Andean poison dart frog is one of the smallest species of poison dart frogs, and may resemble the "Nancy" morph of O. pumilio. R. opisthomelas was the first dendrobatid to be described to science, in 1899.
