The Order of the Kaszubs is an honorary Order organized and run by Zblewski in alliance with the Senat Kaszëbi. Members of the Order are chosen "to merit those who have aided Zblewski and the nation of Kaszuby in friendship and economic support". There are four classes of the Order: Imperator of the Order (Class I) Consisting exclusively of Zblewski. Zblewski and the Kaszub Senate have the power to award the other classes.

Duke of the Order (Class II) This must be some of Zblewski's closest and most trusted friends in the game (and maybe out in addition). They "must have earned Kaszuby's long trust and friendship and not take advantage of it". Another method of obtaining a Duchy role is to be a constant benefactor of Kaszuby, and donate about 50 Million dollars to Kaszuby, a feat that is unlikely. Baronet of the Order (Class III) Most of Zblewski's best friends will be invested with this order. "People who Zblewski and the Senate have long gotten along with, or those who have made a significant contribution to the welfare of Kaszuby." Knight of the Order (Class IV) Those who Zblewski find are deserving and diplomatically intelligent will be invested with this order. "People who Zblewski knows quite well and likes, or those who make a very generous donation to the welfare of Kaszuby."
