Super Sonic Doom is a megawad created by Stephen "The Ultimate DooMer" Clark. The overall look and feel of Doom is still there, but elements from Sonic the Hedgehog games are added, such as springs, monitors, and even special stages. There are 15 zones in total, each zone consisting of two acts each, and 5 bonus levels in the game. Each act has a boss fight, with the first act of each zone consisting of a battle against a set-group of monsters, and the second act having a target-based boss. Bonus levels are found every five maps/acts. It can also be played in skulltag 98d without much trouble.

Es necesario tener una versión especial de ZDoom para ejecutar este megawad, ya que las versiones anteriores o posteriores causan problemas. También se puede jugar en Skulltag 0.98d sin mucho problema. El archivo ReadMe recomienda tener Doom II (v1.9), corriendo en ZDoom v2.6 o GZDoom v1.6, o de lo contrario esto causaría errores en el juego y no se disfrutaría bien.   • Super Sonic Doom is a megawad created by Stephen "The Ultimate DooMer" Clark. Players take the role of a marine named Julian Grant, aka. Damage, that receives a mission to stop a sinister madman known as the Firestarter, as well as his seven other henchmen marines known as the Seven Deadly Sinners. Before Damage could even reach the intended location inside a stolen FAC shuttle, it gets shot down by an anti-aircraft gun, forcing Damage to make an emergency escape, and ends up arriving at Sunset Island. He must make his way through the dangers set up by the Seven Deadly sinners (Envy, Lust, Sloth, Greed, Vanity, Gluttony and Pride), eventually faceoff with them, and finally go toe-to-toe with the Firestarter himself. There are 15 zones in total, each zone consisting of two acts each, and 5 bonus levels in the game. Each act has a boss fight, with the first act of each zone consisting of a battle against a set-group of monsters, and the second act having a target-based boss. Bonus levels are found every five maps/acts. A special version of ZDoom is required for this megawad, as earlier or later versions of ZDoom cause problems. The download link for the required version of ZDoom is on the external links section. It can also be played in skulltag 98d without much trouble.
