  • Cole MacGrath was a simple bike messenger who was delivering a package for someone to somewhere in the Historic District of Empire City. In the midst of his delivery however, his package exploded, resulting in half of the city destroyed, and millions dying. However, this event resulted in Cole gaining power over electricity. Cole is then given the choice to be known all around as a hero, or as a menace, with the use of his newfound powers.
  • Before he met Trish, Cole was involved in an accident where he got run over by a freight truck, an accident that should have killed him. However, he was able to get back up after a few days, only suffering some minor injuries from the accident. Only Zeke knew the full story of the accident, while Cole only told Trish a fragment of the supposed story after he met her, to make it seem like it wasn't something serious.
  • Cole MacGrath is the main protagonist of inFamous, inFamous 2, and inFamous: Festival of Blood. Because of the Karma system that is entirely based on what choices you make in the games (with the exception of Festival of Blood), Cole can be recognized as a Hero or Villain. So, in this case, this is the form of Cole, shall the player make Cole follow the ways of his Good Karma, and make him do Good actions (Healing pedestrians with his powers, taking the Good action of a mission), resulting in him using his powers to care for others in their need.
  • Cole MacGrath is the main protagonist of InFAMOUS and inFAMOUS 2. He was once a regular courier in Empire City. He would've remained as someone you'd never notice, but instead, he was tricked into activating the Ray Sphere. In the process, he kills almost everyone within 6 blocks and caused the Empire City Quarantine while gaining the powers to manipulate electricity. Then he was given the choice, to be a hero who saves the city, or a tyrant who rules it after he takes out all threats to his power.
  • Cole is a main character in the InFamous video game series published by Sony Computer Entertainment; he appears as the main protagonist of 2009's InFamous and 2011's InFamous 2. The series was created by Sucker Punch Games, a fellow first-party developer of Naughty Dog, who was said to have helped in the development of InFamous. A key feature in the InFamous series is its Karma System, which, depends on Cole's choices, can turn him into either a hero, or a villain. Due to this, two versions of Cole appear in Uncharted 2's multiplayer; "Good Cole" and "Bad Cole."
  • Cole MacGrath is the main protagonist/anti-hero/anti-villain of inFAMOUS, inFAMOUS 2, and inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood. However, because of the Karma system that is entirely based on what choices you make in the games (with the exception of Festival of Blood), Cole can be recognized as a Hero or Villain. So, in this case, this is the form of Cole, shall the player make Cole follow the ways of his Evil Karma, and make him do evil actions (terrorizing pedestrians with his powers, taking the evil action of a mission), resulting in him using his powers to care only for himself, and not for others.
