[2] McCurdy was also a key assistant location manager for both the Hoover Dam and Los Angeles units of the blockbuster 2007 film Transformers, which, like Star Trek, was written by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. McCurdy shared a COLA with the rest of the Transformers location management and scouting team, including Rob Swenson and Scott Trimble. She has also managed location shooting for such films as Cursed (featuring Michelle Krusiec), Undiscovered (featuring Peter Weller), and Because Said So (starring Stephen Collins). Television shows she has worked on include The X-Files, ER, Entourage, Six Feet Under and J.J. Abrams' Alias. McCurdy's recent film credits include Hancock (on which she again worked with Scott Trimble) and Days of Wrath (which featured Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
