Domar cautioned the Junior Tribune, including Nephro, Lemus, and Rila, that if they broke any more ordainments, they would be exiled to the open seas. After the encounter with the USS Enterprise, he, along with the rest of the ruling council, pledged to pass new ordainments forbidding the loss of contact between themselves and the surface Aquans. (TAS: "The Ambergris Element") The voice for Domar was provided by James Doohan.

He was succeeded by his son Dyggvi.
