He came to fame as one of the top drivers of ICARA, winning the ICARA World Championship for Drivers in the series' first full season in 301AP, while driving for the Martino-Daki team. Throughout his ICARA career, he won 15 races, making him one of the most successful drivers of all time. Del Ransom was forced to retire from racing after a severe accident that almost cost him his life during the 307AP season, while driving for Westrian team Schnysna. After a long rehabilitation period, Del Ransom was able to make a full recovery, and he is now a much sought-after color commentator during live race broadcasts.
