  • The Earth Tree is one of the wita trees. It is where the Earth Staff gets its power. It is the first tree that Nami and Dori ever explore. When they were boys, Nami and Dori had to take a stick into the Tree and turn it into the new Earth Staff, the old one being lost. At this time, the Earth Tree's Guardian was an Elf, who wasn't heard from again after Nami and Dori's childhood quest. They battled a Giant Worm inside of the tree in order to get to the seed. Later in the future, around 25 AG, Kaname is appointed the Guardian of the Earth Tree. The Tree is explored two more times by Nami and Dori, one in which they escape a massive rock slide, and one where they simply relight the seed (the Giant Worm already being dead).
