The 2007 Lifelock 400 was a Nextel Cup (now Sprint Cup) event held at Kansas Speedway on September 30, 2007. Pardon the obvious pun, but the Kansas race resembled more of a Midwest tornado, blowing the Chase into pieces. The turning point in the race came on lap 148, when a huge thunderstorm seemed to have the race over with Tony Stewart claiming the victory and most of the Chasers near the bottom due to pit strategy. But the thunderstorm cleared and when the skies cleared, the full moon came out, claiming six of the Chasers (including Stewart) to crashes.
