Vasilis Richtofen was a near-Human who served as a starfighter pilot in several fleets, becoming an ace with 306 kills. Born on the backwater world of Greater Marianas in the Outer Rim Territories, he was hired by the Confederacy of Independent Systems as a pilot. Vasilis became an ace during the Clone Wars, and befriended several other aces, including Dragomir Jovanović. After the war ended, Vasilis joined the Zann Consortium, mainly flying escort for transports. Around 5 ABY, he was contacted by his old friend Tandin Kohner, one of his friends from the Clone Wars, and joined up with him in the New Republic. They both eventually joined the Saber Wing, Dragomir's mercenary pilot group. Vasilis took part in the Yuuzhan Vong War, surviving, and died peacefully on Jomark in 31 ABY.
