Additionally, it includes the 450-seat White Plains Performing Arts Center. The building is adjacent and attached to a several story municipal parking lot whose rooftop holds the outdoor amenities for the Trump Tower residents. Rooftop amenities include a pool and lounge area, two tennis courts and a paddle board court. Trump Tower at City Center was the tallest building in Westchester County and the tallest building between New York City and Albany until the 39-story Trump Plaza in nearby New Rochelle was completed.
