  • Volume 1 was published in July 2003 and contains nine stories and some short yonkoma strips. Volume 2 was published in February 2005 and contains ten stories and some short yonkoma strips. Both volumes have 192 black and white pages, 17.5 cm by 11.5 cm. They are all in Japanese with furigana to help with the kanji. The stories are generally self-contained and light-hearted, with little to no connections to the game continuity (although there are occasional references to previously released games, such as Sonic Adventure 2). Despite this, they feature several characters from the games, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, Knuckles the Echidna, Amy Rose, Dr. Eggman, Shadow the Hedgehog and Chao. They feature a lot of slapstick humor and foul language. The series was never published outside Japan or in any language other than Japanese. Nevertheless, some scans have been uploaded to the internet and certain stories have been translated by fans.
