- Sintharia, also known as Sinestra or Lady Sinestra, was the former prime consort of Deathwing and mother of Nefarian and Onyxia. She was, until recently, believed dead. Her experiments led to the creation of a flight of twilight dragons which she planned to use to rule Azeroth. Her plans never came to fruition, and her supposed death finally came at the hands of her own creation, the twilight dragon Dargonax.

Sie ist die Mutter der beiden Drachen Nefarian und Onyxia. Wie ihr restlicher Schwarm auch ist sie dem Bösen zum Opfer gefallen. Bis zu ihrem Tode plante sie mit ihren eigens gezüchteten Zwielichtdrachen die Welt zu erobern. Doch ihre eigene Kreation Dragonax stellte sich gegen sie und zerfetzte sie.
- Sintharia, également connue sous le nom de Sinestra et Dame Sinestra, fut la première compagne de Neltharion (Aile de Mort) et la mère de nombreux dragons du vol noir, dont les plus connus : Onyxia et Nefarian. Elle a longtemps été crue morte jusqu'à ce que ses expériences sur les dragons du crépuscule soient découvertes. Ses plans pour dominer Azeroth grâce à cette nouvelle race de dragons n'ont jamais portés leur fruit et elle sera finalement tuée par sa propre création : Dargonax.
