answer
  • I haven't, especially when in other wikis, since they don't really have much active chat anyway.
  • I often go to chat and moderate the chat by leaving it running on the computer. I then check for any not-yet updated chat logs, as well as checking for bad chatting.
  • I am trusted to watch the chat to check for any new chats.
  • Yes. In quite a few cases, I had to ask about updating the chat logs when there are heaps of unlogged chat logs.
  • I will use the "!updatelogs" function to let SpongeChatBot know about updating the chat logs. I will also check the chat often to check for good chatting.
  • Improving gallery pages, reason being that I want to make them as useful to visual readers as possible.
Question
  • How do you plan to use your rights if your request is successful?
  • Why do you believe you are qualified to be promoted to this position?
  • Have you had experience with this position before?
  • Is there anything else you want to add?
  • Have you been in a situation in which you needed the user rights for this position at that moment but were unable to act?
  • What are your best contributions to Encyclopedia SpongeBobia and why?
