Wolf Rain (狼雨 Ōkamiame) once known as Order of the Wolves and The Howling Clan were once a prestigious organisation of Lycanthropic humans who had been noted for their immense rivalry with the Fushi Coven and partial domination of the world prior to the introduction of the race, Reikon Kyuuban. After their subsequent exploits for land and power; the Order of the Wolves had died out with thousands of their members becoming enslaved or killed by the "Vampire's" powers.

  • Wolf Rain (狼雨 Ōkamiame) once known as Order of the Wolves and The Howling Clan were once a prestigious organisation of Lycanthropic humans who had been noted for their immense rivalry with the Fushi Coven and partial domination of the world prior to the introduction of the race, Reikon Kyuuban. After their subsequent exploits for land and power; the Order of the Wolves had died out with thousands of their members becoming enslaved or killed by the "Vampire's" powers. Several years of seclusion caused a few of the remaining survivors to violently rebel against the rule of both the Quincy and Reikon Kyuuban, whilst some would indeed get involved with the Quincy to increase their powers, others would mercilessly destroy their enemies that took over their rightful land with deception. However; the leader would not be involved in such conflict, waiting for the appropriate time to strike: thus seeing his comrades die in vain. Romulus Fane has recently risen back into power through the growth of their species with very secretive operations. Now situated on the outskirts of Japan on an unexplained mountain range, he has sent his operatives to Karakura Town to begin his operations of world liberation.
