Furthermore, Lincoln thought he would be able to ascend to heaven by saving Breyer's life and freeing Bud from his control. To prevent the assassination, Lincoln enlisted the aid Hank Venture and Dean Venture. After his "Licoln sense" activated, the ghost president possessed Dean and ran to the Oval Office, where Breyer, Bud and his mother, Brock Samson, and Doctor Thaddeus Venture were sealed inside. The force field surrounding the office prevented Dean's entry, though Lincoln was able to fly in while inhabiting a penny. Lincoln called on Dean and Hank to gather and assemble a body of five dollar bills he could inhabit. With a body constructed of five dollar bills, Lincoln rushed into the Oval Office and tackled Bud before a hostile confrontation with Samson could get violent. Lincoln pulled the computer chip from Bud's neck. However, the chip was revealed to be nothing but security footage from Gargantua I lodged in his neck when he banged his head. Noting Lincoln's disappointment at not "earning his wings", Dr. Venture commented that saving a "repressed masturbator isn't enough to get you into heaven these days."
