Westfield House was a 15 storey tower block on Arran Way in the Smiths Wood area of Chelmsley Wood, Solihull. The block was approved for construction as part of the Area 10 plans of the Chelmsley Wood estate in 1966. It was completed in 1968 by Bryant and contains 58 flats. This tower block was demolished during the summer of 2012, by DSM Group using the High Reach Removal technique.
