| - Pel (ペル, Peru) is a outcast and the father of Redder. He was expelled from Planet Vegeta due to his beliefs that brains could beat brawns, contradictory to all Saiyans. He left Planet Vegeta with his infant son, and eventually arrived on Earth. After a young Redder killed several humans, Pel erased the humans memories of both himself and his son, as well as erasing his son's memories. He moved with his son to the desert, but when a human drew somewhat near, Pel hid himself and Redder, but Redder was found, and left with the human. Pel is next seen at the end of Dragon Ball: The Will of Saiyans, remarking that Redder has found his place in the world. Pel is the main protagnist in Redder the Lost Saiyan.

- A Yendi, who began his career in the Phoenix Guards at the beginning of Tortaalik's reign. His real title is "Duke of Galstan". In 2370, Pel disguised herself as a male to prove that female Ferengi were capable of making profit and took a job in Quark's on Deep Space 9. Pel advised Quark to stock Gramilian sand peas as a bar snack to increase profits. Shortly after, she assisted Quark in trade meetings with the Dosi regarding the purchase of Tulaberry wine. Her advice was instrumental in obtaining an extended contact with the Dosi. However, she ended up falling in love with Quark. Rom, who was jealous of Quark's reliance on Pel's advice, ultimately exposed her as a female. At first, Grand Nagus Zek was going to have Pel and Quark arrested, because it was against Ferengi law to take financial advise from a female, but Quark pointed out to the Nagus that he, too
- Pel is a Cerberus operative who has worked for the Illusive Man for many years. He is a large man, standing at a few inches over six feet, with olive skin, a close-cropped afro, and a narrow beard. Pel started his career as a mercenary, and retains a casual disregard for human life that enables him to work difficult jobs or conduct 'wetwork'. He cares less for Cerberus' duty to guide humanity's destiny, than he does for profit or the chance to get revenge for the indignities humans have suffered at alien hands. Pel usually operates in the Terminus Systems.
