ThePsionic is one of the most active contributors to the wiki, and I think he has a legitimate use for adminship. He's usually around for new updates, and he's one of the more involved countervandalism people (not that that means much these days). He is also very project-oriented, and has at various times taken a big role in large, structured tasks that improve the site in a noticeable way.
