He is best known for his role as Squiggy on Laverne & Shirley and Henry the Penguin on Oswald. His best known role for Disney was providing the voice of Smarty, the leader of the Toon Patrol and secondary antagonist in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. He also voiced Horace Badun in 101 Dalmatians: The Series, Arthur in Jungle Cubs, and the speaking voice of Thumper in A Bug's Life. Lander will also provide the speaking voice of the Barracuda in Finding Dory.
