The GOONS-GCU War was a small-scale conflict between the Goon Order of Oppression, Negligence, and Sadism and the Global Communist Union microalliance. On November 15, 2010 the Defensive Minister of the GCU, Noynoy Aquino, announced he wanted to organize a joint military exercise for military training for GCU nations. Noynoy Aquino tried to set some guidelines however his announcement led to much backlash by various members of the community and eventually ended with the GOONS attacking the Global Communist Union. It was found out later that the announcement by Noynoy Aquino was still under discussion within GCU government and had not been approved yet. Due to the attacks on GCU by GOONS the GCU government decided to merge into the Libertarian Socialist Federation, their former protectors,
