He's instantly enchanted by her, but she rejects him, telling him she has seen his future and wants no part of it. He resolves to abandon his quest if it will change her mind. Pt_aprscene_3.jpg|Scene 3 - When Sir William seeks out Butterfly again, he discovers she has been kidnapped by a rowdy gang of forest animals. Their leader, the notorious Captain Whiskers, reveals a mysterious artifact that allows him to harness a god's powers.
