The Diplomatic Corps of the Free Community of Pasargada consists in public servants within an organized career. Actually, Pasargadan candidates to act within Chancellery should begin taking a basic course in Ruy Barbosa Institute, in order to learn about international law, diplomatic protocols and micronationalism general culture (or micronationry). Afterwards, they are invested by the Chancellor as Under-Officers, for a probation that takes from one to six months, in secondary positions. Only then, citizen is invested full career diplomat, starting at the rank of "Diplomat 3rd-Class."
