- To activate Izayoi, the caster must envision the action they desire the target to perform. The action must be envisioned extremely precisely, as even the slightest slip in concentration will result in the technique not working. The caster then looks the target in the eye, and implants their thoughts into their brain using the Saishū Ketsugan. The target will then be forced to perform the action, and is able to offer no resistance whatsoever. This is due to the fact that the brain patterns of the user are altered by the Saishu Ketsugan in such a way that it is impossible for the user to break it.
