Badwik Folkloke (フォルクローク・バドウィック) is an editor at Shin Makoku's Central Literary Institute and he oversaw the publication of two of Günter von Christ's diaries. A friend of Badwik's who is a monk at the monastery Günter stayed at during the events of Ashita MA told him about Günter's diary and piqued his interest. He then approached Günter as a representative for a newly opened division specializing in literature directed at women and convinced him to publish his diaries under a pseudonym.
