- The Bed is two blocks long and a bit higher than half a block high. It is used for skipping night (13000 to 999 ticks) and setting the player's spawn point. This can be used to make sure the minimum amount of hostile mobs spawn, or it can just be to speed up the boredom of waiting for the sun to rise. Note that time will not pass regularly when the player is sleeping in a Bed.

- The Teenaxi had beds. In 2263 of the alternate reality, the leader of the Teenaxi Delegation claimed to James T. Kirk that the Fibonans wanted to see the Teenaxi murdered in their own beds. (Star Trek Beyond) Klingon beds were thought to be uncomfortable by Humans. (TNG: "Unification I" ) Cardassian beds were also found to be uncomfortable to Humans, but according to Vash, sleeping in any bed, even a Cardassian one was a luxury to her, since she usually slept on the ground in tents. - The bed by LummoxJR is an excellent way for Norns (especially vehicle-happy Norns) to get some sleep. - Beds are furniture items. The better quality of your bed, the more potential you'll gain after sleeping. Every town has an inn with beds (of subpar quality). Eastern beds are a great choice for early game, since they're lightweight and are fairly common to find, even at general goods store. Happy beds are a rare drop from cupids and fairies and seem to give the best stat potential when slept upon, and you can also get one from wishing. Alternatively, king's bed can be pickpocketed in Palmia. The sleep sheep is exclusive in Elona+.
- The Bed is an item craftable at a Sawmill. To craft one, you need 5 Silk (7 Cobwebs for 1, 35 for all 5) and 15 Wood. The Bed allows you to set your spawn point wherever the bed is placed. Your spawn point will be reset if the bed is destroyed. For a Bed to function properly and allow you to set your spawn point, certain criteria must be met similar to room requirements for spawning NPCs:
