| - Twenty-five years after the first Child's Play film, a Chucky doll (voiced by Brad Dourif), arrives in the mail of the family home of paraplegic Nica (Fiona Dourif) and her mother, Sarah. That night Sarah is found dead from a stab wound and her death proclaimed a suicide.
- Curse of Chucky is a 2013 American slasher horror straight-to-video film, and the sixth installment of the Chucky franchise. The film was written and directed by Don Mancini, who created the franchise and wrote all films to date. It stars Brad Dourif as Chucky, as well as Fiona Dourif, Danielle Bisutti, A Martinez and Brennan Elliott.
- Set four years after the conclusion of the previous film, Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif), arrives mysteriously in the mail to the family home of paraplegic Nica (Fiona Dourif) and her mother, Sarah. Sarah, not knowing who sent Chucky, throws him in the garbage. Later that night, Nica hears Sarah screaming in pain and finds her dead from a self-inflicted stab wound from scissors as Chucky watches from a nearby chair.
- The plot is set in motion when the living Chucky doll is delivered to the home of artist Sarah Pierce and her disabled daughter Nica. The two women cannot understand why the doll has been delivered to their home, although Nica thinks that it may make a good gift for her young niece Alice. Curse of Chucky was rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America for horror, graphic and bloody violence and bad language. An uncut and unrated version has also been released in the United states.
