  • The Crimson Lotus style is based off of several different styles of martial arts. However, teaching of the Crimson Lotus style focuses training on the basic combat forms and techniques of these styles in order to give the practitioner a solid foundation and enable them to develop their own techniques and fighting style. The style also used various acrobatic maneuvers like flips, wall runs, knee slides, sliding tackles, rolls, tumbles etc.
