She is a resident of Sweetmaple Avenue in Larkin Mills, and a neighbor of Claudia and Archie Green and Alexandra Quick. After the Christmas Eve Blizzard of 2007 burned down the Green's house at 207 Sweetmaple Avenue, Mrs. Seabury looked after Alex on days that Claudia and Archie both had to work. On Christmas Eve of 2008, Mrs. Seabury and her family visited the Green's at their reconstructed house, and gave Claudia a breadmaker for Christmas. Alex thought the visit more perfunctory than genuine.
