| - The Gambler (ギャンブラー Gyanburā?) is a recurring Board type Extreme Gear in the Sonic Riders series. Its primary function is to manipulate with the Rings the player has collected through the course, being able to either double or halve the amount of Rings, depending on the player's place in the race.
- Gamblers are two or three hostile characters encountered in Cragslane Cavern, just south of Shor's Stone.

- Gambler is a mutant penguin, who is exceptionally good at playing games like Poker and Slap Jack. He's a member of the UPM and has even managed to cheat Bugzy out of some of his money sometimes. Ever since he was born he's had the ability to teleport objects and make them explode.
- Gambler (Japanese: ギャンブラー Gambler) is a Trainer Class introduced in Generation I that initially appeared as old men with a cup and dice. In later games, they appear as much younger men wearing red trench coats along with a hat and flipping a coin in their right hand. Their names have changed several times over the course of the series, sometimes to Gamer and also as PI in the English releases of the Generation IV games. They mostly use Normal and/or Fire-type Pokémon.
