  • Jin Chang ; born 1 February 1981, in Taizhou, Jiangsu) was the CEO of the Confederation of Chinese Corporations , and de facto Head of State of the Chinese State during the Flood War. He succeeded Wang Chuanfu for the position of CEO of the CCC in 2026, setting into motion Grey China's entrance into the Flood War. Jin possessed a low-key and behind the scenes leadership style, much like his predecessor. His rise to the Executive Office represented China's transition from the Takeover and recovery, to the expansionist policies that would drive their actions during the Flood War. Chang was a corporatist hard-liner by comparison to his predicessor, and actively persued expanding China's military engagements from reclaiming old territory to expansion.
