* In the future, he chopped off Ragna's arm, kills his caretaker (Nine's sister Caelica), made Ragna's brother Jin go insane, kidnaps his little sister Saya and gave off some Mind Rape process to turn her into the now-Imperator and his Puppet King to rule over NOL, turning it from a Well-Intentioned Extremist police force into an imperialistic oppressive force...
* He, for no apparent reason, turning a glory-seeking scientist Lotte Carmine into a mini-Black Beast now known as Arakune
* In Continuum Shift, he continues by first ordering Tsubaki to kill both her closest friends Noel and Jin, and inbetween that, he fed her with Half Truth about how Noel stole her rightful place as Jin's secretary and temporarily turned her into a Green-Eyed Monster, and when she moved out from that phase, he gave her a Mind Rape into a conflicted Green-Eyed Monster. And this is taking mind that in an alternate universe with no Noel, Tsubaki would've been Jin's secretary... and dies in that timeline... but not before Terumi gave her another Mind Rape which reduced her into a crying, shivering wreck and mocks her death...
* In the penultimate timeline, he gave another Mind Rape to Noel, awakening her destructive Mu-12 form... just so for a distraction so he could sneak in and destroy Takamagahara...
* And how did he create the thing to turn Noel into Mu? At the beginning of the story, he walked to his stage, and then suddenly shoved the souls of many many NOL soldiers, mostly Punch Clock Villain only in there for daily duties, and smelt it to the Cauldron. All while Laughing Mad (never mind the derpy face, it's still fucked up).
* Non-canon routes are not even safe from him. When he met Carl, he proceeded to break away Nirvana, containing the soul of Ada, his sister, gave him a brutal Hannibal Lecture and tossed him to the Cauldron while mocking him. While he hated cats, when he encountered Taokaka, he takes big pleasure brutalizing her while she couldn't even match him.
* Although this is lighter compared to the rest, he also gleefully turned the sympathetic Litchi into the Dark Side by practically telling her he has the cure for Arakune (her lover) and presents himself to her in a way to say "Well if you don't join us, imagine if we destroy the cure..." and this is all knowing that without the cure, even she would degenerate into a monster, thereby forcing her into becoming antagonistic, and she's not happy about it. The cinch is that Hazama exactly KNEW all of Litchi's problems about both love and health, and gleefully decided to exploit it for both future plans and lulz.
* To top it all off, in every Arcade mode endings and Ragna's story, he went into a Motive Rant which he reveals that he thinks the world are all lies and the only truth that he's going to shove into the world is the truth called "Despair". Now if one's goal is spreading despair, and all he does that was purely For the Evulz... what else there is to call but 'Complete Monster'? Screw your leather pants, Terumi.
* Next up, Relius Clover. An utterly Mad Puppeteer whom you may encounter in various Bad Ends and inflicts many nasty ends to your characters if he caught you (or inflicted an Astral Heat to you)... For Science!. Not to mention totally lacking of empathy and views everyone else to be mere test subjects... Oh, atrocities? We're getting to that:
* He's an utterly abusive father to his son Carl, first transforming his wife (Ignis) and daughter (Ada) into soulless Nox Nyctoreses, which utterly devastated Carl. And if Carl had a gall to call him out and hate him? Relius responds by fetching his now-Nox Nyctores wife, Ignis, to kill him... and for no apparent reason, try to kill the nearby Litchi for 'being there' and try to call out his parenting skill, never mind that at that point, Litchi should've been practically his ally (unwilling she may be), which means, even if you're his ally, Relius might not have second thoughts on experimenting or brutalizing you. Take 'Greatest Family Man' joke on him at your own expense.
* If you think on how Lambda-11 is one of the biggest Woobies because so many scientists sicced her so many brutalizing experiments, you've got to wonder what kind of scientist gave such order. Your guess is as good as mine... Relius. And on encountering her, battered and bruised during the climatic event of Continuum Shift... he fetched her in the middle of Ragna and Terumi fighting, causing her to pull a heart-wrenching Heroic Sacrifice for Ragna. All that, just so Ragna can get the Idea Engine and stand a chance against Mu-12... look nice? Nope, it's so the Takamagahara will get distracted and lets Terumi kill it.
* Even in the past, he constantly belittled Lotte Carmine, not caring for his inferiority complex and indirectly caused him to be such a glory-seeker. And when he turned into Arakune, Relius wasn't even caring and instead hauled him off to the lab for... well, whatever reason, it's not going to be good.
* And lately, his treatment to Makoto, the only one who probably can resist Hazama's trolling or Mind Rape, solidified his position. He inflicts his version of Mind Rape, shifting through her mind, drawing bad memories and hated emotions and shows off his insane obsession to her surprisingly strong soul... comparing her worst emotions to animal instinct, without regards of her begging and screaming, resulting her completely breaking down and Relius is free to turn her into another Ignis or Nirvana.
* Not to mention he performs Cold-Blooded Torture on Tager before killing him to power up Ignis.
* Anyone here seen the Sector Seven side-story? I'm sure killing hundreds of men is worth bringing a doll to life, right? ... Yeah, very nasty bastards, aren't they? And did we mention they're thus far INVINCIBLE?
