  • A colossal tunneling machine of the Guild of Miners, the first of the Great Diggers. It was obtained in 3469 thanks to the leadership of Grand Master Namen. During its christening ceremony, King Ti'amel took much credit in his speech, while Namen's name was not mentioned, angering the Grand Master. Stone Eater was joined by the new Stone Tooth in 5359. The two machines begun "clearing" an area for a new industrial district in order to replace Nehw'eril. In 5475 actual construction begun on Uran. Then they were assigned to dig a tunnel connecting the D'ni City with Ae'gura, but the plan was dropped. Around 6430 Stone Tooth and Stone Eater were used for further expansion of the D'ni City. During the reign of King Rikooth, Burrower and Stone Eater continued to tunnel past the cavern.
