A Gurlanin native to the planet of Qiilura, he witnessed first hand the indifference and interference of both the Seperatists and later, the Republic. He volunteered to help with the plan that eventually forced the Republic's hand and resulted in what many viewed as the liberation of Qiilura from foreign influence, although he regretted the lives it cost to do so. After the settlers left Qiilura, he settled into some semblance of normal life for a Gurlanin. But his insatiable curiousity would eventually get the better of him. As the Clone Wars unfolded, he left his homeworld, determined to do his part. The Jedi's role in helping liberate Qiilura had earned them some respectin his eyes, and that was where he started his journey.
