Ira "Irl" Tubbs (c. 1888 – February 9, 1970) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at the University of Wisconsin–Superior (1923–1925, 1928–1929), the University of Miami (1935–1936), and the University of Iowa (1937–1938).
