In the Hagiography studies of the Order of Light St. Boris of Belminister was a soldier of the nation of Egelion until his conversion to the faith of the Order of Light and venerated as a martyr. His most famous act was his slaying of the Great Dragon of Belminster that was terrorising the then town. This went on for two years until the lottery fell upon the mayor's beautful daughter, Lyra. The mayor begged the townspeople to spare her but to no avail.

| - In the Hagiography studies of the Order of Light St. Boris of Belminister was a soldier of the nation of Egelion until his conversion to the faith of the Order of Light and venerated as a martyr. His most famous act was his slaying of the Great Dragon of Belminster that was terrorising the then town. As the story goes there was a special spring that supplied the town of Belminster with the most pure and fresh water in the world, however a plague-spreading dragon took it for his own and threatened to the destroy the town unless they made a sacrifice of one sheep a day and one human a month (chosen by lottery). This went on for two years until the lottery fell upon the mayor's beautful daughter, Lyra. The mayor begged the townspeople to spare her but to no avail. She was decked out as a bride and sent to the lake to die, by the will of Valtiel St. Boris was riding near the lake where Lyra begged him to flee but he swore to stay. The dragon rose from the lake while they were speaking and St. Boris made a holy sign to the Regent of the World to fortify himself, he asked Lyra for her girdle, which she gave him. Then St. Boris charged at the dragon on horseback with his lance and gave it a mighty wound. He then tied the girdle around it's neck and lead it like a meek beast back to the village with Lyra at his side. The dragon terrified the people at its approach. But Saint George called out to them, saying that if they consented to become members of the Order he would slay it before them. The villagers converted and George slays the dragon, which is carted out of the city, taking four oxcarts to do so. On the site where the dragon was slain the mayor funded the construction of the Temple of the Dragonslayer. Later during the Christian persecution of the Order of Light the temple was pulled down and St. Boris suffered laceration on a wheel of swords. The site of the Temple was purchased by a secret member of the Order who established a grotto that in recent years formed the basement for the new Temple of the Dragonslayer.
