Vytautas Ilgunas (September 7, 1912 - March 6, 1999) was a Lithuanian hockey player. He played two games for the Lithuanian National Team at the 1938 World Championship, scoring one goal. Ilgunas was one of the top players on the national team at the 1938 WC, but had his tournament cut short when he broke his collarbone after colliding with a Polish player in the second game. He enjoyed a 20-year club career, spent mostly with LFLS Kaunas and Tauras Kaunas. Ilgunas retired after playing for Kauno Audiniai in 1952-53.
