As a solo actor, Seth played the lead in the holofilm Revan, was Grand Moff Kilren in the Great War holodocudrama and was the host of the erudite, but comedy-based quiz show, Force. Apart from his work in holovision, Seth contributed columns and articles for news, wrote four novels and an autobiography, The Laughing Galaxy. He also appeared frequently on radio shows, starring in the comedy series Dictatorship, being a frequent guest on panel games such as Just a Second, and acting as chairman for I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue, where he was one of a trio of hosts. Seth was described as a "treasure", a phenomenon, and "an epitome of the polymath".
