The Choice Leadership Election 3854 was held following the sacking of Kai Farage as leader in March 3854. Due to the sacking of Farage being anticipated, the candidates began preparing for their campaign before he even left. The election was held only a week after his sacking as a result, with Margaret Sturgeon winning a landslide victory, despite her closest opponent, former Arch leader Emily Hernandez being popular among some Choice members. However many feared she would give the party the same results she gave Arch and also thought that she shouldn't be entitled to be Choice leader due to her previous leadership of another major party and that she did not share some of the more left of center views that many Choice members had. Anton McCain who stood in the previous leadership election

Anton McCain who stood in the previous leadership election stood once again, but won a mere eight votes, due to his lack of popularity. Many analysts have questioned why he was even allowed to stand as leader due to his lack of popularity. The election was held using a simple plurality voting system.
